The focus of my projects is on:
Transformation and realignment:
- Business model review and relaunch (also in relation to digitalization and skills shortage).
- Successful site search/assessment and plant relocation
- Restructuring and realignment of companies in the context of integration into new group of companies
- Supplier network in Europe for HIGH-TECH (Holland) and LOW COST (especially Romania).
Efficiency improvments:
- Significant increase in efficiency in processes through improvement of communication and harmonization of business processes incl. necessary adaptation of tools
- Introduction of Lean Management
- Introduction of SAP
- Development and implementation of a flexibility strategy
- Significant improvement in operational performance through implementation of key performance indicators
- Optimization of business processes and working capital
- Reduction of vertical integration through targeted outsourcing by developing strategic suppliers in Europe and Asia
Human ressources / Organization:
- Successful negotiator in dealing with works councils and trade unions to conclude company agreements and in-house collective agreements
- Reduction of personnel costs through the use of flexible personnel management measures
- Reorganization of management structure with coaching/development of managers
- Intensive examination of the topic of New Work
Legal/ Finance:
- Reorganization of administration
- Implementation of compliance and data protection
- Work in international matrix organizations of listed companies in EU, USA, China
